Dose Calibrator Reference Sources (S-vial/dual geometry) provide a safe and convenient method for measuring the accuracy of imaging solutions. All Benchmark dose calibrator sources are calibrated against a traceable National Institute of Standards (NIST) solution. In an similar geometry, using a pressurized ion chamber. They contain approximately 23 cc’s of total volume with 20cc’s of active epoxy. Supplied in a 27mL polyethylene vial Calibration is in terms of activity contained in an aqueous solution.
